The Women in Business club is an organization for female students in all stages of their educational careers at the Rochester Institute of Technology. Women in Business (WIB) club members actively support one another to advance their career ambitions, broaden their business goals and develop friendships. Through networking, educational events, and community service, WIB creates and strengthens skills in leadership, business, education, and life management. WIB is committed to the personal and professional growth of its members.

Sweetheart of Sigma Chi at RIT
At Rochester Institute of Technology, Sigma Chi offers students an opportunity to devote themselves to these three principles for the purpose of blazing a path unique to any other experience on campus. Sigma Chi's lifelong membership emphasis gives its members unmatched business and networking opportunities, one-of-a-kind leadership programming, and a family of more than 225,000 brothers from more than 230 chapters across the United States and Canada.
Sigma Chi stresses a brotherhood of different temperaments, talents and convictions all working together in the pursuit of higher purposes.
As a general rule, each undergraduate chapter of Sigma Chi elects a female associated with the chapter as the chapter sweetheart. At each Grand Chapter, the fraternity chooses a Sweetheart from one chapter to be the International Sweetheart of Sigma Chi for two years. The International Sweetheart Award is presented based on personality, character, campus involvement, Sigma Chi activities, general accomplishments, poise, and grace.
I am elated to have been nominated as a Sweetheart of Sigma Chi and look forward to helping the fraternity develop and grow on campus and in the Rochester Community.
