On your mark, get set... GO!



Under Armour Running Shoes

Today I went to Dick's with my mom, on a mission to find a pair of running shoes. With Miss Greater Rochester a little over a month away, I made a deal with myself to begin an 8 week running program. Side-note: I am AWFUL at running... but I realize how beneficial it can be for getting into shape and staying healthy. So, let the program begin!!!

Here is what the program looks like:
